Payment and Attendance Policy (Updated 11/12/20)
  1. Minimum Payment is for 12 weeksIf payment is split into installments, please be advised that there will be a 15% penalty charge.
  2. LATE FEES– If you know that you will be late on your payment, please let us know ahead of time. Otherwise, you will be charged a 10% late fee.
  3. Family Discount- Two or more immediate family members residing at the same address receive a 10% discount toward the second family member’s tuition. Applies to parent/guardian and child(ren) under 18 years of age. Cannot be combined with other percentage discounts (i.e. paying for 6 months).
  4. If any classes are missed, there are no refunds, discounts, or carry-overs, or extensions.  
  5. Refunds or extensions of memberships are given only if more than 2 consecutive weeks of classes will be missed due to illness, injury, or surgery.  A written medical excuse from your doctor MUST be provided to receive an extension or refund (if unable to continue). A medical clearance must  be presented upon return.
  6. Make-ups for missed classes are permitted within your payment session. Please discuss appropriate class substitutions with Candice, or with your instructor. (Not all classes-(especially children’s classes) have an appropriate substitution. Attendance is YOUR responsibility.)
  7. Cash, check (payable to The Fit Physique) and Venmo (@Candice Cavanaugh) are the currently accepted forms of payment. We also accept *Independent Health’s FlexFit Active, FlexFit Family, and personalBest! debit cards, as well as *Blue Cross/Blue Shield’s Wellness Debit card. *(For certain classes/programs). Please check with your insurance provider for specific questions on coverage.
  8. There will be a $20 charge for any returned or bounced checks.
  9. Save by using our Referral Program! For every new student referred to The Fit Physique (student must sign up for a minimum of  12 weeks), you will receive a $15 discount off your next session!

The Fit Physique uses a “no walk-in policy”. We value you as a unique person and therefore it is important to us that you participate in the class that is appropriate for your skill level. Please call the studio at 877-1105 to discuss which class is best for you before attending.
