KIDS CAMPS!

Please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. Ballet shoes required. Tap shoes also required, but The Fit Physique may be of assistance.

 

Ages 3, 4, & 5

*NEW!  Imagination Dance Camp!

Each day your child will dress up as a superhero, animal, princess, or warrior! Through dance, crafts, stories, and our imaginations, we will visit castles, fly in the sky, and party on the dance floor! Boys and girls will LOVE this fun-filled, physically active, and educational week of adventure!

Dance Camp!

Experience a different style of dance every day during this exciting week! Ballet, Cheer, Tap, Jazzy Hip Hop, and Broadway! A wonderful opportunity to try other styles of dance!

JAZZY HIP HOP CARDIO   

6:45 to 7:15 pm

An energetic dance class that helps you burn calories in a fun atmosphere! No dance experience needed!

 

TAP II-         7:20 to 7:55 pm

Have fun, exercise, and tap dance! This class is designed for the student with basic tap dance experience.

 

 NEW!!   THEATRICAL CONTEMPORARY   8:00 to 8:40 pm

This program is for students with a minimum of 2 years dance experience. This exciting class focuses on Contemporary Dance (Lyrical, Jazz, Ballet, Jumps and Turns) with a theatrical focus!

 

TAP III+ –         8:45 to 9:20 pm

Have fun, exercise, and tap dance! This class is designed for more experienced tap dancers.

ADULT FITNESS

 

YOGA

This centuries-old form of exercise improves flexibility, strength, and balance. Yoga also increases physical and mental relaxation by incorporating stress-reduction techniques.

LEVEL I-  Wednesdays 5:55 to 6:40 pm

LEVEL II- Mondays 8:30 to 9:15 am «

Saturdays 8:15 to 9:00 am «

 

BODYSCULPTING

Our resistance training classes help improve muscle tone and build strength using weights, Dynabands, Gliding, and Pilates techniques. Easy to follow and perfect for all fitness levels.

Mondays 6:30 to 7:15 pm

 Wednesdays 8:30 to 9:15 am «

 Saturdays 9:15 to 10:00 am «

 

STEP CARDIO PARTY- Cardio is BACK!

A fun aerobic workout incorporating the step bench, however the step is optional! Low and high impact variations demonstrated.

Mondays 5:50 to 6:20 pm

*CIRCUIT TRAINING-

A non-complicated, highly efficient workout using hydraulic resistance equipment that takes care of your cardio AND strength training needs in 30 MINUTES- on your OWN time!

This fun yoga class will include breathing exercises, yoga postures, and learning how to meditate in a kid-friendly way, through songs and activities. Please bring a mat or a towel/blanket.

Miss Jessica is certified through “Kidding Around Yoga”!

 

DANCE CONDITIONING!

Ages 12 to adult

Mondays 7:30 to 8:10 pm

4 weeks- August 2 to 23, 2021

Get your groove back! Dance the last month of summer! This class will focus on stretching, technique, and learning a fun routine!
